We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please review the conditions below regarding refunds and re-delivery.

 

Eligible for Refund or Re-Delivery

You may qualify for a refund or replacement in the following situations:

1. Incorrect Item Sent You received the wrong product.

2. Lost PackageThe tracking information has not been updated for more than 15 days and the package is considered lost.

3. Damaged Package The item was damaged in transit and reported within 3 days of delivery (photo proof may be required).


Not Eligible for Refund or Re-Delivery


Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

1. The customer changes their mind or does not like the item.

2. A cancellation request is made after the order has already been shipped.

3. Delivery fails due to incorrect address details, inability to contact the recipient, or refusal to accept the package.

4. Orders shipped to remote countries, islands, or special regions where delivery limitations may apply.
